Can I cancel or pause my subscription, and what happens to my data?

You can cancel at any time through the billing portal; your data is retained for a grace period after cancellation, and you can export it before your access ends.

Can I export my attribution data from Revenue Proven?

Yes, Revenue Proven lets you export attribution data, campaign analytics, and media plans as CSV files from within your dashboard at any time.

Can I see return on ad spend and cost per influenced deal?

Revenue Proven ties LinkedIn ad spend directly to CRM-influenced pipeline and revenue, letting you calculate return on ad spend and cost per influenced deal at the campaign and account level.

Do you offer annual contracts or is it month-to-month?

Revenue Proven offers both monthly and annual billing through Paddle, with annual plans typically available at a discounted rate compared to paying monthly.

Does Revenue Proven sell or share my customer data?

Revenue Proven does not sell, rent, or share your customer data with any third party for commercial purposes — your data is used only to deliver attribution insights back to you.

Does Revenue Proven use first-touch or multi-touch attribution?

Revenue Proven takes a multi-touch influence model, crediting every campaign that engaged an account during any lookback window before a deal was created or closed.

How do I connect HubSpot to Revenue Proven?

Connect HubSpot using the OAuth flow on the Connections page. Revenue Proven needs read access to companies, deals, and pipeline stages to calculate attribution.

How do I connect Salesforce to Revenue Proven?

Revenue Proven connects to Salesforce via OAuth. You need API access enabled on your Salesforce org and at minimum read permissions on Accounts, Opportunities, and Opportunity Stages.

How do I connect a LinkedIn Ads account?

Connect your LinkedIn Ads account from the Connections page using OAuth. You will need Campaign Manager access and the correct LinkedIn scopes granted during authorization.

How do I contact Revenue Proven support?

How do I delete my account and all my data?

You can permanently delete your account from account settings; this triggers a full cascading deletion of all your workspace data with no recovery possible afterward.

How do I invite teammates to my workspace?

Workspace owners can invite teammates by email from the team management page; invited users receive an email link, register if needed, and join the workspace automatically.

How do I read the attribution table?

The attribution table shows one row per matched company, with columns for LinkedIn engagement, deal values, and campaign history. Sort and filter it to surface the accounts that matter most.

How do Scheduled Email Reports work?

Scheduled Email Reports let you configure recurring CSV or PDF attribution summaries delivered to your inbox on a daily, weekly, or monthly cadence without logging in.

How do free trials work?
