Can I cancel or pause my subscription, and what happens to my data?
You can cancel at any time through the billing portal; your data is retained for a grace period after cancellation, and you can export it before your access ends.
You can cancel your Revenue Proven subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep full access until that date.
How to cancel
Open your dashboard billing settings and click "Manage Billing" to access the Paddle billing portal. From there you can cancel the subscription directly. You will receive a confirmation email from Paddle. Your account remains active through the end of the paid period.
What happens to your data
Your attribution data, sync history, and settings are retained in the database after cancellation. If you reactivate your subscription, your data is waiting for you. If you want to permanently delete your account and all associated data, you can do that from your account settings at any time. Revenue Proven does not automatically purge data immediately on cancellation.
- Access continues until the end of the current billing period
- Data is retained after cancellation and available if you reactivate
- You can export your attribution data as CSV before cancelling
- Permanent account deletion is available from account settings
Pausing
Paddle supports subscription pausing on some plan configurations, which suspends billing for a set period without losing your data or settings. Check the billing portal to see if pause is available on your current plan.
