Setting up your first scheduled email report
Scheduled email reports deliver attribution metrics directly to your inbox on a daily, weekly, or monthly cadence as a CSV or PDF attachment.
Scheduled reports automate the process of pulling attribution data and sharing it with stakeholders. This guide explains how to create your first report and choose the right metrics.
Creating a report
Go to the Ads Report page in the sidebar and open the Scheduled Reports card. Click New Schedule and choose a name for your report. Select a metric category from the four built-in presets or create a custom category using the metric picker. Then set your delivery frequency (daily, weekly, or monthly), choose CSV or PDF format, and enter the email addresses that should receive the report.
- You can create up to five active schedules per workspace.
- The four built-in presets cover company engagement, campaign performance, pipeline attribution, and creative analytics.
- Custom categories let you pick exactly which metrics are included from a library of 26 options.
- Reports are sent from a Revenue Proven email address; make sure recipients add it to their safe sender list.
- You can pause or delete a schedule at any time from the Scheduled Reports card.
Choosing the right metrics
For leadership reporting, focus on influenced pipeline, influenced revenue, and cost per influenced opportunity. For campaign optimisation, include impressions, clicks, CTR, and spend broken down by campaign. For creative review, add creative-level metrics like cost per lead and lead form completion rate.
Next steps
After creating your first report, send a test delivery to verify the format looks correct. Many teams set up a weekly Friday report so the previous week's data is ready for Monday pipeline reviews.
