My scheduled email report didn't arrive
You set up a scheduled email report but the report never arrived in your inbox. Check your spam folder first, then verify the report schedule is active and the delivery address is correct.
You configured a scheduled email report to send on a specific day and time, but the report has not arrived in your inbox by the expected delivery time.
Why this happens
Scheduled reports are delivered via transactional email. The most common reasons they are missed: the email landed in spam or a promotions tab, the schedule was saved but not activated, the report delivery address has a typo, or the underlying sync had not completed by the scheduled send time so the report job was deferred.
How to fix it
- Check your spam, promotions, and all-mail folders for an email from Revenue Proven.
- Go to the dashboard and open the Scheduled Reports section under Ads Report. Confirm the report schedule shows as Active rather than Paused.
- Click on the report schedule to review the delivery email address and confirm it is correct.
- Verify the scheduled time is in your expected timezone. Revenue Proven schedules are stored in UTC, so a report set for 09:00 UTC delivers at a different local time depending on your timezone.
- Ensure your LinkedIn sync has run successfully before the scheduled report time. If the sync fails or is still running when the report fires, the report may deliver with stale data or be skipped.
- If this is the first send after creating a schedule, check whether the next scheduled run is in the future. A new schedule sends at the next occurrence of the configured time, not immediately.
Still stuck?
Contact support with the report name and the scheduled delivery time. We can check the report dispatch log to confirm whether the email was sent and whether it was accepted by your mail provider.
