I can't log in or my password reset email never arrived
You enter your credentials and see an invalid password error, or you requested a password reset but the email never arrived. Account lockouts and spam filters are the most common causes.
You cannot log into Revenue Proven despite entering what you believe is the correct password, or you clicked Forgot Password, entered your email, and never received the reset link.
Why this happens
The most common causes are: using the wrong email address (for example, a work alias vs your primary email), having a password manager fill in outdated credentials, or the reset email landing in spam. If you have been invited to a teammate's workspace, you must log in with the email address the invite was sent to.
How to fix it
- Double-check the email address you are using to log in. Try all email addresses you may have used to sign up.
- Clear your browser's saved passwords for revenueproven.com or temporarily disable your password manager to rule out autofill inserting outdated credentials.
- Click Forgot Password on the login page, enter your email, and wait up to 5 minutes for the reset email.
- Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders for the reset email. Look for an email with subject line containing "password" or "Revenue Proven".
- Password reset links expire after 24 hours. If you requested a reset yesterday and are trying the link today, request a fresh reset.
- If you originally signed up via a social login or single sign-on method, you may not have a password set. Try any alternative login options shown on the login page.
