Attribution shows zero influenced revenue or pipeline
Your dashboard shows LinkedIn-engaged companies but the influenced revenue and pipeline columns all read zero or show dashes. The matching step between LinkedIn companies and CRM deals may not have found any overlapping records.
You can see LinkedIn companies in the dashboard, your CRM is connected and synced, but the influenced revenue and influenced pipeline columns show zero or dashes across all rows.
Why this happens
Revenue Proven matches LinkedIn company records to CRM companies using domain matching first, then fuzzy name matching. If your CRM company records have no website domain filled in, or if company names differ significantly between LinkedIn and your CRM (for example, "Acme Corp" vs "ACME Corporation Ltd"), the matching algorithm may not produce any links. It is also possible your CRM has deals but none are associated with companies that engaged with your LinkedIn ads within the selected date range.
How to fix it
- In your CRM, check that company records have a website domain populated. Domain matching is the most reliable matching method and catches what fuzzy name matching misses.
- Compare a few company names between LinkedIn-engaged companies visible in Revenue Proven and the corresponding CRM records. Look for abbreviations, extra words, or spelling differences.
- Make sure your CRM deals are associated with company records, not just contacts. Revenue Proven needs the company-to-deal relationship to attribute revenue.
- Check the date range filter on the dashboard. If you are looking at Last 7 days but your deals closed in the last 90 days, expand the window to Last 90 days or Last 180 days.
- Run a fresh sync after updating CRM company domains so the matching phase re-runs with the improved data.
- Check that your pipeline stages are set up correctly under Settings. Revenue Proven uses won/closed-won stages to calculate influenced revenue.
