Connect your LinkedIn Ads account

Connect your LinkedIn Ads account using OAuth so Revenue Proven can pull campaign engagement data at the company level across five lookback windows.

Connecting your LinkedIn Ads account is the first and most important integration. Without it, Revenue Proven has no engagement signal to work with. This guide walks through the connection process and explains what happens after you authorise access.

Before you connect

Make sure you have admin or super admin access on the LinkedIn Ads account you want to connect. Standard user access is not sufficient because Revenue Proven needs permission to read ad analytics data. If you are not the account admin, ask your LinkedIn Ads administrator to complete this step.

  • You need an active LinkedIn Ads account with at least one campaign.
  • You must have Admin or Super Admin role on that ad account.
  • The OAuth flow opens in a pop-up window; make sure pop-ups are not blocked in your browser.
  • You can connect multiple ad accounts if your workspace plan supports it.
  • OAuth tokens are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before storage. LinkedIn credentials are never stored.

Completing the connection

Navigate to Settings, then Connections. Click Connect next to LinkedIn Ads. A LinkedIn authorisation window will open asking you to grant permissions. Review the permissions and click Allow. You will be redirected back to Revenue Proven and the LinkedIn Ads card will show a green Connected status. If you manage multiple ad accounts under the same LinkedIn login, you will be prompted to select which account to use.

After connecting

Revenue Proven starts a background sync immediately after the connection is confirmed. You can monitor sync progress from the dashboard home page. The first sync pulls campaign data and engagement signals across all five lookback windows and usually takes between 10 and 45 minutes.
