Connect HubSpot

Connect HubSpot so Revenue Proven can pull your companies, deals, contacts, and pipeline stages to match against LinkedIn engagement and calculate influenced revenue.

HubSpot is the source of truth for your CRM data in Revenue Proven. Connecting it allows Revenue Proven to match LinkedIn-engaged companies to HubSpot accounts and link those to open and closed deals.

Before you connect

Make sure your HubSpot user account has access to the CRM objects you want to sync. Revenue Proven reads companies, deals, contacts, and pipeline stage definitions. It does not write to HubSpot unless you have explicitly enabled the CRM push feature, which is off by default.

  • Your HubSpot user needs at least read access to Companies, Deals, and Contacts objects.
  • Pipeline stage data is pulled to allow Revenue Proven to categorise deals by sales stage.
  • Website domain is the primary matching field; make sure your company records include website URLs.
  • Revenue Proven does not sync email addresses, phone numbers, or personally identifiable contact information.

Completing the connection

Go to Settings, then Connections. Click Connect next to HubSpot. The HubSpot OAuth flow will open asking you to select which HubSpot account to connect and grant the necessary permissions. After authorising, you will be redirected back to Revenue Proven and the HubSpot card will show Connected. If you have multiple HubSpot portals, select the production portal where your live CRM data lives.

What syncs from HubSpot

Revenue Proven pulls HubSpot companies, deals with their associated amounts and close dates, pipeline stage definitions, and contacts linked to those deals. This data is refreshed on each sync cycle, so new deals and stage changes appear within 24 hours under the default sync schedule.
